Remembering Shiv Kumar Batalvi -
This photograph was taken in College of Agriculture, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana in 1970.Shiv Kumar Batalvi and Sahir Ludhianvi were in town to attend the Golden Jubilee Function of S.D.Government College, Ludhiana. The very next day a Kavi Darbar was organised in their honour by PAU.
